This property was very well kept. It’s up a hill which gives it privacy but literally two blocks away from many bars and restaurants! Jacuzzi is not hot but you can always tell them to make sure they heated up before you get there. The view is phenomenal. People said to be safe out there cause could be Dangerous. Absolutely wrong maybe if you go further out but there’s always cops in every block. The vibe and people are amazing and polite!! Definitely would stay at awake again. They are doing construction across the street I guess they making wake part two but the construction didn’t bother me at all! Oh btw pay with cards but definitely have their money (COP). I think having their money is important because most places didn’t take US dollar.

The property is very beautiful and well located, however the ac never cooled the room and 2 out of 3 toilets did not work well. Someone had to come to fix them and only 1 was fixed, the other one had a bigger issue apparently. My biggest issue and what I am the MOST UPSET about, is that after checkout I received a charge for a beer that was never consumed. I had read this in previous reviews but hoped that this was not our case. I am still waiting on a response from the manager. This is very dishonest and a very disappointing experience.

The property is really nice. The rooms, the design, the view, and it is quiet. Service is quick whenever we needed some help. Shout out to Ifill, good man! I didn't like that they don't have free housekeeping, only after the 4th day and you have to book in advance. The floors was a bit dirty. Most importantly and the only reason that I might consider other places next time, Their very strict rules regarding visitors. I booked a really big apartment with a hug Jacuzzi but we weren't able to enjoy it with our friends. Even though we were very quiet and respectful to others.

Amazing! Extremely impressive with the tentativeness's/ pleasant/ helpful and amazing every staff member I encounter. Always greeted with a smile. I could not imagine staying anywhere else my next to visiting Medellin. I literally felt at home!! Thank you for such an amazing hospitality!
